Fan & Foo is a private sale operation run by Erin and Shelley. As a private disposal of personally owned pre-loved fashion rather than a commercial enterprise, Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees do not apply to private sales of this kind.

We do not accept returns for change of mind. We encourage you to review all listing photographs, condition notes, and measurements carefully before purchasing. We are happy to provide additional information — please reach out before you buy.

When a refund may be considered

A refund will be considered where an item is significantly and materially different from its listed description or photographs — for example, where a major fault or defect was not disclosed in the listing.

Minor wear consistent with the pre-loved nature of the garment should be expected and does not constitute grounds for a refund where it has been noted in the listing.

How to raise a concern

If you believe your item is materially not as described, please contact us within seven days of receiving your order at info@fanfoo.au, including:

  • Your order reference number
  • Clear photographs documenting the issue
  • A description of how the item differs from the listing

We aim to respond within one business day and will work with you in good faith to reach a fair resolution, which may include a full or partial refund at our discretion.

Postage and returns shipping

Postage fees are non-refundable unless the item was materially misdescribed. For items lost in transit, we will assist with carrier enquiries. Where a return is agreed upon, return postage is the buyer's responsibility unless the item is found to be not as described, in which case we will arrange or reimburse return shipping.
