About Fan & Foo

Fan & Foo (fanfoo.au) is a private online marketplace operated by Erin and Shelley for the sale of personally owned, pre-loved contemporary and designer ladies' fashion. Fan & Foo is not a retail business or registered enterprise. No GST is charged on any sale.

Item condition

All pieces are pre-owned and pre-loved. Minor wear consistent with the nature of pre-loved fashion should be expected. We photograph and describe each piece honestly, and you are welcome to request additional photographs or details before purchasing.

Purchasing and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Your payment details are never seen or stored by Fan & Foo.

A purchase is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and an order confirmation is sent to your email address. Items remain available to other buyers until payment is complete.

Shipping and collection

Items may be collected by arrangement (location negotiated per item) or dispatched via tracked Australia Post. Postage costs are displayed at checkout. We dispatch within two business days of payment confirmation.

Once dispatched, risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer. Tracking information is provided for all posted orders.

Refunds

All sales are final except where an item is materially misdescribed. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy for full details.

Private sale disclaimer

Sales through this site are private disposals of personally owned pre-loved fashion items. They are not made in the course of a business or enterprise. Australian Consumer Law guarantees applicable to commercial sales do not extend to private sales of this nature.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Fan & Foo's liability in connection with any purchase is limited to the purchase price of the item in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental loss of any kind.

Intellectual property

All photographs, copy, and design elements on this website are the property of Fan & Foo and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
